We wanted to share with you the work of a selection of young students who came to Paris from all over the world. These upcoming designers spent months working on their final collections which showcase their personality, their universe, their cultural background and their creativity.
Around a common theme, students found their inspiration from many different sources: a song, the future, death, the complexity of the woman mind, the endless possibilities of every day, the celebration of life, the female energy and strength, boxing or toys from the 90s.
We hope you will appreciate their creative endeavours as much as we do. They represent years of study, research and experimentation! We hope that this will give a small insight into the creative minds of a new generation, and perhaps ignite a curiosity to discover more…
Rihanna showed off her fuller figure (which fans are crazy about) on the blue carpet at the Valerian premiere in Paris, France. The “Work” singer wore a pale pink, feathered and beaded two-piece look at the film’s premiere in La Plaine-Saint-Denis, Paris. RiRi accessorized her look with Chopard Jewelry — which included pearl and diamond drop earrings, a watch, a diamond bracelet and rings — as well as a sparkly clutch, pink shades and strappy heels with fur trimming.

Pharrell Williams has become a bit of a prince in the fashion industry. Thanks to an epic seal of approval from the legendary Karl Lagerfeld, as well as his own killer sense of style, Williams has become an icon, attending parties and runway shows left and right. He’s even got his own sustainable clothing initiative, which is made from recycled materials from the ocean. But today, he makes a bit of fashion history: Williams is the first male to front a Chanel handbag campaign, ever.

Williams and Chanel go way back. Actually, he rounds out the squad that is the brand’s faces du moment: Lily-Rose Depp, Kristen Stewart, and Cara Delevingne. Williams was the surprise celebrity guest model when he walked in its Métiers d’Art show in Paris last December, which saw him decked out in pearls, a Chanel brooch, tweed coat, and a yarmulke. And, he starred alongside Delevingne in Chanel’s pre-fall “Paris-Salzburg” campaign, which included a video of the two singing and dancing. He’s been known to rock the French label on the red carpet and in the streets, too.
